Megawebshopdeals is operated by Pokestock, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 42117489. Pokestock is responsible for processing personal data through this website. For privacy questions and requests about your personal data, contact info@pokestock.com. The business/postal address still needs to be added to the contact page.
What data is used?
- When pages are opened, technical data such as your IP address, browser information and the requested files are sent to the hosting service. Which server logs are kept, and for how long, must be determined with the chosen hosting service.
- When you save a deal, your browser stores only the relevant sample IDs locally. The website offers no account or synchronisation for this.
- A saved privacy choice contains the basic preferences set and the time you saved them.
- The current site has no working contact form, newsletter sign-up, account registration or checkout. This statement therefore claims no processing through such features.
Purposes and legal bases
The technical processing serves to deliver pages and secure the service. The functional storage serves to remember the favourites and preferences you choose. Before final use, the operator must record the applicable GDPR legal basis, necessity and any balancing of interests for each processing activity. Recipients and external files

Favourites and privacy preferences in local storage currently have no automatic expiry. They stay on this device until you clear them or your browser clears site data. Your privacy rights
Depending on the processing, you can request access to, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, object, and withdraw consent you have given.
