How to spot a good deal

Three minutes of attention can be worth more than a big discount label.

Compare the total price

Look at the price including shipping and any mandatory extras. Compare the same model and version across several sellers. A recommended retail price is not automatically a price the product was recently sold for.

Check the seller

Check who the seller is, how to get in touch, which return conditions apply and how the warranty is handled. A well-known marketplace name doesn’t always tell you who is actually selling the product.

Look beyond the percentage

Check the model number, condition, accessories and delivery time. A lower price is only useful if the product fits what you need. A timer or a big discount is not in itself a reason to buy quickly.
